Sunday Mornings

We're happy to announce that, following government guidance, we're now opening for Sunday morning services, every Sunday from 11am. We'd love to see you there!

Please be aware of the steps we'll be following to help keep everyone safe:

- Personal details will be collected on entry for trace and trace
- Social distancing of 2m is required
- Face coverings are required unless you're exempt
- We're currently unable to sing while in the building, but we'll still be enjoying a time of worship and reflection with music during the service
- We're unable to serve coffees and teas after the service

More information will be provided on safety during the service. The most important thing to know is that everyone is welcome!
For those still staying at home, we'd love for you to join our service using Zoom, which is available every week. Please get in contact for a Zoom link and password.
This year, we're once again joining in with the amazing efforts of Samaritan's Purse...

Operation Christmas Child Shoe Box Appeal

"A small shoebox can have a big impact. What goes into the box is fun, but what comes out of it is eternal. Be a part of changing children’s lives all over the world in Jesus’ name through the power of a simple gift." - Samaritan's Purse Website

This yearly appeal is an amazing chance to give a gift to a child in need. You can find out more about the project here.

If you'd like to take part, please get in contact to receive a box and set up a time for it to be collected. The boxes are being collected before the 15th of November - if you're unable to bring your box in to church on the Sunday 9th of November, we can arrange to collect it from you during the week.
For a fun family evening, how about joining in with Tearfund's Big Quiz Night? This event will be taking place all across the UK. Test your knowledge and help raise funds for the work of Tearfund!

The Big Quiz Night

Due to Covid 19 restrictions this year's quiz is online and we will be hosting our event via Zoom.

The quiz is suitable for those 12 years and over and has a mix of questions covering topics such as nature, food & drink, geography, music, and current events. (The event will finish around 9pm.)

If you would like to take part please email with your name and a contact number.
Bearing in mind current Covid restrictions, you may not be able to be joined by others in your home to take part in the quiz. However, please feel free to forward this information to family and friends who might want to join in,  and/or donate to Tearfund.

(Depending on numbers & technology, we may be able to create teams via Zoom)

There is no charge for taking part in the quiz but any donations to Tearfund would be greatly appreciated. This can be done at our JustGiving page.

See you there!

Many of us might still be staying home at the moment - and even though we're now meeting on Sunday mornings, a lot of our usual connections are happening online. Here are some some resources to help...
Church Connections
Prayer meetings, small groups and Messy Church for families are now being held remotely. There is also a Zoom option to attend Sunday services from home. To take part, please get in contact.

As we find new ways to keep connected, we've started a Bristo blog with news and resources for the church and community.

Many people are seeking God in this difficult time, and we would love to hear from you if you want to learn more.
